Vince has played a key role in major international projects including Searex IX and WD Kent drilling rigs (MMHE), Chevron Jack & St. Malo (South Korea), Wheatstone LNG, Umm Shaif Central Process Platform (South Korea & Myanmar), and the Cendor FPSO EPCIC project and Ichthys LNG for Inpex Japan while was based in South Korea, where he supported critical technical hiring, payroll solution, relocation and ensured timely delivery of experienced project teams.
His experience also extends across large-scale infrastructure and energy developments such as Shell Hijau Refinery, PETRONAS RAPID (PRefChem) / PSR-2 Refinery, Alstom Power Majung Coal-Fired Power Plant, and a SAF Bio-Diesel project in Johor, demonstrating his ability to adapt and deliver across upstream, downstream, and renewable energy sectors.
Vince specialises in sourcing and placing key technical personnel including Discipline Managers, Technical Leads, OIMs, Engineers, Supervisors, and Commissioning Managers, while managing the full workforce lifecycle—from sourcing and onboarding to payroll, work permits, mobilisation, and demobilisation through third-party solutions.
