These teams focus on installation, testing, and commissioning activities critical to enabling projects to achieve first oil or first gas, ensuring assets transition safely and efficiently into operational status. Over the course of his career, Dean has partnered with a wide range of major energy operators, contractors, and consultancies across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. His client portfolio includes industry leaders such as BP, Shell, Total, EnQuest, ENI, Worley, Aker Solutions, and Wood, among others.
